Bookings & Deposits
The Wardrobe requires that an imprint of a valid credit card as well as a payment of at least $100 be left with us for the duration of the hire period as a security deposit.
Although a cash or EFTPOS deposit can be arranged for some items, this is at the discretion of management.
If you have trouble supplying a credit card for security upon hire, you should contact the Wardrobe to discuss whether alternative arrangements can be made.
On return of all hired items, the credit card imprint will be destroyed by one of our staff and the upfront deposit will be fully refunded unless late fees, specialised cleaning, damage repair or total replacement is required. For further information please see our Terms and Conditions of Hire
We allow our customers to reserve their prefered outfit within 4 weeks of the event date.
All we ask is for a non-refundable holding fee per costume when you reserve your outfit.
Holding fees can be anywhere from $10 (for booking partial costumes) to $20 (to book a whole costume).
Your holding fee will be deducted from the total hire cost when you come in to pick your costume up!
